This 112,400 sq ft timber-framed warehouse has been completed to an exceptionally high standard. The black façade incorporates three layers of cladding, creating variation in light and shadow throughout the day. Vertical polycarbonate panels allow natural light into the workspace and provide subtle illumination externally at night.
