Construction is underway at Unit 4, Nexus Logistics Park

Unit 4 will be constructed using glulam timber framing, which significantly reduces carbon emissions during development works.

The building will be all-electric with extensive PV generation, offering the occupier an opportunity to operate at netzero carbon. It will be 112,382 sq ft, aiming to achieve LEEDGold and a BERA1 rating. Delivery will be Q1 2026.

Nexus Logistics Park is strategically positioned near Dublin Airport, Dublin Port, and the M50 road network.
