Glulam timber structural frame is progressing well on Unit 4

Nexus Logistics Park is a 2.5 million sq ft development in North Dublin, strategically positioned in a high-demand location with access to Dublin Port, the Airport, and the motorway network.

This development will deliver 17 institutional-grade logistics buildings to the Irish market, featuring extensive on-site amenities, and set a new benchmark for this sector.

The glulam timber structural frame is progressing well on Unit 4, a 112,400 sq ft warehouse which is due for practical completion in Q1 2026. Unit 8 (53,000 sq ft) commenced on site in July, with occupancy available from March 2026.
