Nexus will be the first logistics development of its kind in Ireland, offering extensive amenities for the benefit of all occupiers.

These include a fully equipped indoor gym, a full-siz astro pitch, two Padel courts, a bookable boardroom, and extensive cycling and jogging paths.

We are committing substantial upfront investment in Nexus with all amenities currently on site for delivery in April 2026.

These facilities will provide occupiers with a unique opportunity to attract and retain personnel, while also promoting wellbeing and enhancing productivity.

We are currently on site with the first two buildings: Unit 4, a 112,400 sq ft timber-frame warehouse scheduled for practical completion in January 2026, and Unit 8, a 53,000 sq ft timber-frame warehouse that commenced construction in July, and will be available for occupation from March 2026.
