Unit 4, a 112,400 sq ft timber framed warehouse, is progressing well, with concrete pours advancing. The building’s black façade showcases cutting-edge design, combining three distinct layers of cladding that create a dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day. Vertical polycarbonate panels further enhance the design, bringing natural light into the workspace by day and illuminating the façade by night.

Unit 4 is due for practical completion in Q1 2026.
